1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping within the UK and EU. For international orders, the shipping fee is £19, but it’s free if your order is above £120.


2. How long will delivery take?

  • UK: 3–6 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days
    Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.


3. What is your return policy?

We offer 30 days free returns and exchanges. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.


4. How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@moflipscoltd.shop with your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.


5. Can I exchange my vase instead of getting a refund?

Yes, exchanges are free within 30 days and subject to stock availability.


6. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide. International shipping costs £19, but it’s free when your order total exceeds £120.
